How Do You Plan Your Blog's Editorial

I have been blogging for 6 months now. I have a general theme of the month but I find it very hard to organize my writing, as these themes are all very broad.

I want to ask fellow bloggers how do you plan ahead your writing, for the best experience for the reader.

Any clues?

I write about dogs. I find what people tend to misunderstand and go ham. Once my dog was pooping and staring at me, I said why do you always stare at me when pooping? Boom time to blog hahah

You can write about anything or any topic as the blog post. Thereby you can increase the viewers.
