Your blog looks good but could be better,wordpress has hundreds of thousands of great themes and plugins turn it into a pro looking one pm me I offer a wordpress blog set up service we can transfer it to a .com site with all your content transferred

You can think about moving to an independent site.
Also, you can browse through some more modern themes.

Interesting blog topic, but you really should consider the advice above. Separate domain (around $10 a year) and a cool WP theme (you can find loads for free) will make your site more appealing, thus, visitors are likely to spend more time on your blog. Once you get solid traffic, add some commercials (adsense n stuff) - not only will you make some money, but the site will also become more trustworthy (gives visitors signals that blog creator spends time to post the coolest stuff and logically wants something in return).
