.. now here's a rant I've had for many years and I wonder if anyone shares my opinion. If lots of other people share my frustration, then I will take action to rectify this strange and puzzling problem!!!

As a frequent buyer of products online, I am constantly frustrated by the lack of reliable information I can use to make an informed decision before buying from a website.

Does ANYone ever feel that way??

Usually before I buy something online.. I will check for reviews on other site about the product.. and usually I can find stuff about whether the product is useful or not.

Ya, I agree 100%.. I do my research on the product, use epinions and some consumer ratings..... BUT how do you know the site your buying from is reliable? I guess that's the challenge I see... Thoughts?

If it's a scam, they will not put their real information on the site. Maybe you can try contacting the site support. BUt I guess it depends on what you want to buy.

But it depends on what service or merchandise you are interested in right? because different sites have different products, it will be hard to find a resource that archives all.
