Gosh the motivation it must take to bodybuild! That's amazing.

Key for me when I went to your site is the colour chart - white is the best background colour you could pick to widen your reach. A clever bit of webdesign or use of a better theme would make a big difference. You could still use any colours you like but with more subtlety I guess.

After that, I'd suggest linking-up with bigger fitness communities. I don't know much for bodybuilding but I remember my friend mentioning competitions in bodybuilding. There's always a site about these you could become active on and link with. Or more generally for fitness I love Beachbody (I am a fan of Insanity - love love it.) - google them out.

Ohh actually you could link on FB and Twitter with prominent local gyms too. Message them publicly for example and gain exposure.
