Got A Warning From Adsense , how serious is it

i just recieved a warning from adsense saying that i got ads posted on a mature content.

how serious is this kind of warning?.

iam deeply worried by this, becoz a similar kind of warning i got from cj.com for inflating traffic,

i got warning the next time i got was alc termination email.

i hope it doesn't happen with adsense.

but iam extremly used to adsense income i earn around 3000 dollars per month.

if i get a sudden termination email, life willbe very difficult for me, i have so many loans going on.

    life will be miserable.

what iam planing to do is make a new alc, in my moms name, with different domain names, different address
    and different bank alc,

just in case if adsense terminate my alc, i can continue buisness under my moms name, my moms age is 48

will adsense come to know about this.

how is my plan, pls advice

I don't know much about this, but if you change your account to your mom's name and change a few other things and then carry on doing what you have been doing will you not get the same results?

I am fairly new to the AdSense thing, but I would start by looking into the warning you recieved. Having your ads displayed on pages with mature content *is* on the list of things that will get your account disabled. If you put AdSense on something you are posting yourself, go though and make sure you didn't post anything offensive/mature.

I agree with Peter- trying to just move your account to someone else's name will not solve the problem. Your ads will still appear somewhere with mature content, so you need to find it and remove it.

    Don't worry at all,
    Check the mature Content,
Make a little bit Changes in the Contents/pages.
    This will be fix.
    Wish you Good Luck.

    Lucky They Warned Ya

Google does not always warn, so in that regard you got lucky.

They could just boot you out for a TOS violation. I'd take it seriously enough if you are earning well.
