I like the overall feel of the website. I think I would place a little bit more space, maybe one more line break, inbetween posts and the different things on the right side in order to make it obvious where everything ends and begins. It would help give your blog a little more breathing room and give it easier navigation. I would make that "subscribe via RSS" image a little smaller, as it takes up a lot of unnecessary room. I like the top of the website with the links, though do not like how your main banner is in the left column, if you are going to have one, I think the best place would be above those links. It would feel more at home there. Hopefully I helped you out a bit.

Yep, I'd say you got it down pretty good. I kind of go along with what "Kalinae" said however in that, you need more spacing between your widgets in the sidebar. And it probably wouldn't hurt if the sidebar were a little smaller as it is somewhat overpowering your blog post. But then maybe that's what you want?
