There is not much to really review. Its a blogspot page with some edits to the theme.

And as for your suggestion to create a directory in the system32 folder - limited users can not create folders outside of their home directory. Why not just boot into safe mode and use the hidden admin account to access the system. That would be a lot easier then typing all of those commands and trying to create folders where you do not have permission to do so.

XP is on the way out anyway. A blog about hacking windows 7 would probably have been better.
